📍 Location: Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore

Tracking World is expanding its engineering team and looking for a creative and detail-oriented Development Engineer to support product design, validation, and continuous improvement.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist in product design and development according to customer requirements and industry standards
✔ Coordinate with production, quality, and suppliers to support development activities
✔ Prepare and review technical documents (specifications, schematics, BOMs, test plans, validation reports)
✔ Support prototype development, sample evaluation, and pilot builds
✔ Conduct functional, reliability, and performance testing; analyze results and improve designs
✔ Perform root cause analysis for field, production, and QA issues and implement corrective/preventive actions
✔ Participate in supplier technical reviews and validate components and sub-assemblies
✔ Provide technical support during mass production, QA inspections, and customer audits
