Hiring: Production Executive | Hico Ice Cream

Hico Ice Cream is seeking a dedicated and technically sound Production Executive to join manufacturing team at the Lahore Plant. This is an excellent opportunity for an operations professional to drive efficiency and quality in a premier dairy and frozen desserts environment.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Manage and supervise daily ice cream production lines to ensure volume and efficiency targets are met.
Process Excellence: Monitor production workflows and equipment performance to improve OEE and reduce downtime.
Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP standards to ensure premium product quality.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance (QA) and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless, uninterrupted operations.

Candidate Profile
Education: BS/MSc in Food Science & Technology or BSc in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering.
Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in Ice Cream, Dairy, or Beverage manufacturing.
Skills: Strong understanding of hygiene standards, production troubleshooting, and team supervision.
