Key Responsibilities Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory. Develop, manage, and strengthen distributor and retailer networks. Ensure strong market coverage, product placement, and availability. Conduct regular market visits to enhance visibility and merchandising standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Lead and manage territory sales operations efficiently. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports. Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration. Coordinate with the marketing team for trade marketing and promotional campaigns. Qualification Bachelor’s degree (BBA/MBA preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Good understanding of FMCG, cosmetics, and personal care distribution channels. Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
