Description:
NASA Lubricants is looking for an energetic and field-oriented Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for the KPK region. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in High Street selling, distributor management, and market execution within the lubricants or automotive industry. This role requires extensive fieldwork, market expansion, and hands-on sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve assigned targets
- Manage and expand distributor network across KPK
- Ensure strong shop-to-shop coverage and retail penetration
- Conduct regular market visits to retailers, workshops, and auto parts shops
- Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and secondary sales
- Appoint new distributors and retail partners in untapped areas
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail level
- Implement trade promotions and sales schemes
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing in the market
- Lead and supervise sales officers and field staff
- Ensure timely recovery and maintain healthy credit control
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- 5–8 years of experience in lubricants, automotive products, or FMCG sales
- Strong experience in distributor handling and retail sales execution
- Proven track record of achieving regional sales targets
- Strong knowledge of KPK market
- Must be willing to travel extensively
