To further strengthen our leadership presence in the northern region, we are inviting applications for the position of Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) for the KPK region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute zonal business strategies to achieve primary & secondary sales targets, shipment volumes, and SKU-wise objectives.
- Drive excellence in distribution KPIs including coverage, hit rate, call frequency, availability, and in-market visibility.
- Review and analyze area-wise sales performance, market share, and sales cycle plans to ensure continuous improvement.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the zonal sales team through effective PJP design, field execution, and performance management.
- Strengthen and expand the distributor and dealer network, including development of new and existing territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and major trade partners.
- Ensure effective execution of trade marketing initiatives, merchandising standards, and shelf visibility.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, manage inventory flow, and ensure efficient market execution.
- Implement the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) through defined sales KPIs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- 5–6 years of relevant sales experience, with 2–3 years in a leadership role, preferably in lubricants.
- Strong understanding of KPK market dynamics and distributor-based sales models.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in competitive markets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within KPK.
