Avenza Group is a fast-growing real estate and commercial development company, home to premium projects such as Avenza Avenue — a hub where national and international brands are setting up their businesses. We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead – Sales to drive sales, manage a team, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies for real estate/commercial projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure consistent follow-up.
Represent the company at client meetings, property expos, and networking events.
Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for management.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 4–6 years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Market knowledge of Multan/Lahore/Islamabad real estate will be a plus.
