Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Promotion Officer to support our surgical and orthopedic sales team. In this role, you will work closely with senior specialists, hospital operating theatre (OT) staff to ensure seamless product availability, instrument management, and operational support during surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Surgical Support: Assist senior sales and product specialists during surgeries and provide basic product guidance under supervision.
- OT Coordination: Coordinate with hospital OT staff, and internal logistics teams to arrange implants, instruments, and consumables on time.
- Instrument Management: Prepare, inspect, organize, clean, and dispatch surgical instrument sets before and after procedures following strict protocols.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of assigned implants, instruments, and consumables used for each case.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare implant utilization records, post-surgery reports, and case documentation while strictly adhering to infection control and quality standards.
- Team & Customer Support: Support senior colleagues in day-to-day customer coordination, operations, and participate in technical product training sessions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, Biology, or a related field (Biomedical candidates preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in medical device sales, OT assistance, or pharmaceutical promotion. Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude are welcome.
- Skills: Strong communication, coordination, and organization skills with a basic understanding of surgical/orthopedic equipment and infection control.
