Key Responsibilities:

• Capable of turning interest into ownership through strategic sales conversion.
• Strong command over market trends in Park View City and other key societies
• Handle client meetings, site visits, and sales negotiations
• Secure construction contracts and maintain client relationships
• Actively manage listings, follow up on inquiries, and close deals efficiently

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales (especially in Park View City & surrounding areas)
• Deep understanding of Lahore's real estate market and current property rates
• Ability to handle residential and commercial property sales
• Must be confident, persuasive, and result-driven
• Bonus if you have experience in getting construction contracts
