About Go Make Homes
Go Make Homes is a fast-growing real estate brokerage based in Dubai, UAE, specializing in premium property sales across the UAE market. As we expand our outreach operations, we are establishing a dedicated lead generation office in Lahore, Pakistan, and are looking for motivated individuals to join our team on the ground floor.

The Role
As a Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers. Your primary responsibility is to make high-volume outbound calls to prospects in the UK and UAE, introduce them to Go Make Homes, and set qualified appointments for our senior property consultants to close.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an international real estate operation with real growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
• Make 200–300 outbound calls per day to UK and UAE-based prospects
• Introduce Go Make Homes and our property portfolio in a professional and engaging manner
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups using the CRM/dialer system
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly appointment-setting targets
• Communicate fluently and confidently in English

What We're Looking For
• Excellent spoken English – clear, confident, and professional
• Prior experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or outbound sales is a strong plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
• Basic computer skills for CRM/dialer usage
• Open to male and female candidates
