Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and prospects.
• Communicate professionally with U.S. Realtors and homeowners.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on potential leads.
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate lead records.
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in CSR, cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Confidence in handling calls and customer objections.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
