Realty VAs provides highly trained Virtual Assistants for real estate wholesaling businesses in the USA. We specialize in generating quality motivated seller leads and taking the cold calling workload off investors and agents by offering confident, high-energy VAs to support their business remotely.

We are hiring 10 Real Estate Cold Callers to join our growing team. This is a remote, work-from-home position with full-time hours.

Role Description

As a Real Estate Cold Caller, you will:

➝ Make outbound calls to property owners in the U.S.

➝ Qualify motivated seller leads using proven scripts

➝ Build rapport and gather property details

➝ Set appointments for the acquisitions/sales team

➝ Track all calls and lead data accurately in the CRM

Qualifications

➝ Fluency in English is a MUST (clear, neutral accent preferred)

➝ Cold calling or sales experience is a plus, but not required if you speak excellent English and are confident on the phone

➝ Excellent communication and active listening skills

➝ Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient to rejection

➝ Basic knowledge of real estate is helpful (full training provided)

➝ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

➝ Experience in appointment setting or lead generation is a bonus
