Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, oversee, and deliver large-scale multi-story residential construction projects from initiation to completion.

• Lead and mentor diverse on-site construction teams, including contractors, engineers, and consultants.

• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and quality control standards.

• Manage and monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure efficient execution.

• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and solve problems proactively to prevent project delays.

• Prepare and deliver detailed project reports and updates to senior management.

• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and project partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BSc) from a reputable institution.

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in construction project management, particularly in multi-story residential or commercial projects.

Skills:

• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera and MS Project.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
