Description:

Minimum Qualifications

• BS in Mining Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
• Master’s in Mining Engineering will be an advantage.
• 17–18 years’ proven experience in the mining sector, including leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience in multiple mining projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor teams in blasting, drilling, warehousing, and mechanical operations.
• Develop and execute safe and efficient blast designs tailored to project requirements.
• Oversee daily mining operations ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other companies to resolve operational challenges.
• Manage equipment usage, maintenance schedules, and resource allocation.
• Review and approve technical designs, drilling patterns, and blasting plans.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Foster teamwork, safety culture, and continuous improvement in operations.
