At Creative Frame, we design UI/UX products for SaaS, Fintech, B2B, and DTC startups. Our work speaks for itself; but great design doesn't find clients on its own. That's where you come in.

 

We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who knows how to find the RIGHT people, start real conversations, and consistently bring warm leads to our pipeline. Not a spam-blaster. A smart, strategic prospector who treats outreach like a craft.

 

🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Research and identify ideal clients (SaaS founders, Product Managers, CTOs) on LinkedIn, Upwork, and beyond

• Write outreach messages that feel human — not copy-pasted

• Run LinkedIn DM campaigns and manage follow-up sequences

• Qualify leads and book discovery calls with our founder

• Build and maintain a weekly prospect list

• Track all activity in a CRM and report results every Friday

 

✅ YOU'RE THE ONE IF YOU:

• Have done B2B outreach before and have numbers to back it up

• Understand the world of SaaS, startups, or tech products

• Write clearly and confidently in English

• Can work independently without being chased

• Know tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar
