Branch Manager

Description:

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales and revenue targets by promoting JSIL’s full suite of investment products—Mutual Funds, REITs, Managed Accounts, and Voluntary Pension Schemes. You will lead branch strategy, expand the client base, grow assets under management, and ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards. Your leadership will be critical in strengthening JSIL’s market presence in Peshawar.

✔️ Strategic Growth: Achieve Net AUM and revenue growth targets aligned with corporate objectives.

✔️ Client Leadership: Acquire and deepen relationships with institutional and retail investors.

✔️ Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing branch sales team with a culture of accountability and integrity.

✔️ Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth branch operations with full regulatory compliance.

✔️ Market Insights: Monitor local market dynamics and competitor activity to strengthen JSIL’s visibility.

✔️ Collaboration: Collaborate with Head Office teams to align branch initiatives with company-wide

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

Master’s/Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution (preferred); strong knowledge of mutual funds, VPS, and financial products required.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

✔️ 6–8 years of relevant sales or financial services experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial capacity.

✔️ Proven leadership, team management, and client relationship skills.

✔️ Excellent communication, selling, and interpersonal abilities.
