• Proven experience driving actual sales through Meta Ads (not just engagement).

• Strong understanding of ad funnel setup, pixel tracking, and retargeting.

• Experience working with high-end fashion or lifestyle brands.

• Ability to manage and optimize budgets effectively for conversion.
