🚨 WE’RE HIRING: PERFORMANCE MEDIA BUYER (META & GOOGLE ADS)

📍 Location: Islamabad, Pakistan (On-site)

We’re looking for a highly skilled, analytical, and results-driven Media Buyer to join our growing team at Wescale Digital.

We’re not looking for someone who just launches campaigns, monitors dashboards, and sends reports.

We need someone who takes ownership of performance, identifies problems before clients do, and knows how to turn ad spend into measurable business results.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

✅ Strong understanding of lead generation, eCommerce, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.

✅ Ability to analyze campaign data, identify bottlenecks, and make smart optimization decisions.

✅ Experience testing creatives, scaling winning campaigns, and improving lead quality, CPA, and ROAS.

✅ Someone who thinks strategically, acts proactively, and doesn’t need constant supervision.

✅ Excellent communication skills and the ability to take full ownership of assigned accounts.
