Falconry Solutions is hiring a GRC Platform Implementation Specialist with 7–8 years of relevant experience, an ACCA background and hands-on experience implementing GRC software.

You’ll lead the functional delivery of Falconry360, our governance, risk and compliance platform. Working directly with clients, you’ll translate their risk, control, compliance and audit processes into workflows their teams can use day to day.

What you’ll do

• Lead discovery and design workshops with risk, compliance, internal audit, finance and IT teams.
• Configure modules for risk assessments, control testing, compliance monitoring, audit management and issue tracking. Set up workflows, approvals, user permissions and dashboards.
• Map and validate client data for migration, including risk registers, control libraries and compliance obligations.
• Lead user acceptance testing, coordinate issue resolution with product and engineering, train users and support go-live and handover.

What you’ll bring

• 7–8 years of relevant experience across GRC, risk advisory, internal controls or internal audit, including hands-on GRC platform implementation.
• ACCA qualification, affiliate status or progress towards the qualification, supported by relevant experience.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise risk management, internal controls, regulatory compliance and internal audit.
• A track record of personally configuring GRC software and taking at least one client implementation from requirements through go-live.
