Shopify Store Manager

Description:

I’m looking for a proactive, organised person to take ownership of the day-to-day management and development of Hashmis.co.uk.

The store needs work, and this role offers the opportunity to make a visible difference—from improving the shopping experience to managing operations and helping generate sales.

You’ll work directly with me to execute strategies, contribute ideas and keep the store running efficiently across both stocked products and dropshipping.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing product listings, collections, pricing, inventory and store updates.

2. Creating accurate product images and persuasive descriptions for products I supply.

3. Researching suitable dropshipping products and assessing suppliers for the UK market.

4. Setting up shipping profiles, preparing labels and coordinating order fulfilment.

5. Handling customer enquiries, returns and routine store administration.

6. Creating social media content to support products and promotions.

7. Managing Shopify apps and integrations, with attention to cost and usefulness.

8. Improving store navigation, product pages and the customer journey.

9. Reporting on sales, conversion, margins and operational issues.

Who I’m looking for:

You should understand Shopify and have practical familiarity with stocked and dropshipping business models. Experience running Meta Ads or TikTok Ads would be a strong advantage.

I’m open to both early-career and experienced applicants. What matters is that you are disciplined, communicate clearly, pay attention to detail and can turn an agreed plan into completed work.

I have hands-on experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, so you’ll have guidance and someone to learn from. In return, I’m looking for ownership, honest reporting and consistent execution.
