I’m looking for a dynamic, commercially driven and strategically minded Business Manager to manage and grow my professional career as a content creator.

 

This isn’t a conventional sales job. The role goes beyond finding brand deals and closing collaborations. I’m looking for someone who can take ownership of my market positioning, build my professional image, identify business opportunities and help transform my personal brand into a stronger, more valuable commercial entity.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

1. Brand Positioning & Market Image

 

* Develop and maintain a strong, distinctive market image.

* Strategically position the creator within the influencer marketing and entertainment industry.

* Identify opportunities to enhance brand perception, credibility and market value.

* Build relationships with leading brands, agencies, PR firms and industry stakeholders.

 

2. Business Development & Partnerships

 

* Identify and develop new business opportunities.

* Proactively approach brands and agencies for potential collaborations.

* Develop long-term brand partnerships rather than focusing solely on one-off campaigns.

* Explore opportunities beyond traditional social media endorsements, including appearances, ambassadorships, licensing and other commercial ventures.

* Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.

 

3. Strategic Growth

 

* Develop strategies to increase overall business revenue and market presence.

* Identify emerging trends, platforms and commercial opportunities.

* Build a sustainable business pipeline and expand the creator’s professional network.

* Think beyond immediate campaigns and focus on long-term growth.

 

Who We’re Looking For

 

* Experience in business development, brand management, marketing, PR, talent management or a related field.

* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

* Strong understanding of Pakistan’s advertising, digital marketing and influencer industry.

* A commercially minded individual with the ability to identify opportunities others might overlook.

* Someone who takes initiative, thinks strategically and understands the value of personal branding.
