Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with international clients and respond to their queries.
• Assist with client engagement, follow-ups, and relationship management.
• Learn and support sales operations through platforms such as Fiverr.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate effectively to support business opportunities.
• Manage multiple client conversations and tasks while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Follow established communication standards and sales processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresh graduates with an interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
• Basic understanding of client management or sales; experience in a digital agency environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Fiverr and an understanding of client engagement on freelance platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
