Junior Dispatcher

Description:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily dispatching and driver coordination.
• Tracking shipments and communicating pickup, delivery, and delay updates.
• Maintaining accurate dispatch records and operational documentation.
• Working closely with the dispatch team and following established procedures.
• Communicating professionally and respectfully with drivers, customers, and colleagues.
• Escalating operational issues promptly to the appropriate team member.

Candidates must have:

• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
• Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and accountability.
• Availability to work the stated training and regular schedules.
• A reliable computer with two monitors, stable internet, and a quiet workspace.
• Comfort working through Microsoft Teams with an open microphone throughout working hours and responding promptly to the team.
