Human Resources Executive

 

Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and people-driven Human Resources Executive to join our growing IT company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management. This role requires someone who is organized, empathetic, and capable of supporting a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth HR processes, build a strong company culture, and support our people to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and assist in developing growth plans.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Handle employee queries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Prepare and issue HR-related letters, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Assist in implementing HR systems, tools, and process improvements.
  • Support payroll coordination and attendance management when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role (preferably in an IT or professional services company).
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS, recruitment tools, etc.).
