Hr Recruiter/talent Acquisition Officer

Cloud Rexpo / Nsol BPO is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end hiring process, build strong candidate pipelines, and play a key role in shaping our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs

🔹 Source talent via job boards, LinkedIn, social media & referrals

🔹 Screen resumes, conduct interviews & assess cultural fit

🔹 Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communications

🔹 Draft offer letters & manage onboarding formalities

🔹 Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and reports

🔹 Represent the company at job fairs & networking events

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field

2–3 years’ experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (Corporate/BPO hiring is a plus)

Strong communication, sourcing, and interviewing skills

Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter & job portals
