Dispatch Matrix (SMC-PVT) Ltd. is expanding! We’re looking for a Dispatcher with prior experience in UK cab companies to join our Islamabad team.

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Manage live call bookings and dispatch jobs via systems like Cordic
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Handle high-volume calls professionally during peak hours
• Maintain smooth communication between riders and drivers

🔹 Requirements:

✅ Prior cab dispatch experience (Cordic knowledge is a plus)
✅ Fluent in English (spoken & written)
✅ Ability to multitask under pressure
✅ Available for night shifts
