We are seeking a highly strategic and creative Senior Social Media Strategist & Manager to lead our social media initiatives and
drive organic growth across all digital platforms. This role is pivotal in developing and executing comprehensive social media
strategies that align with business objectives, particularly focusing on B2B growth, LinkedIn organic expansion,
and e-commerce optimization. The ideal candidate will be a market trends expert with proven expertise in international markets,
particularly European regions (Netherlands, Belgium, Germany), and possess an in-depth understanding of platform algorithms and
consumer psychology.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organizational goals
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends both nationally and internationally
Create data-driven content calendars and campaign strategies across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn platforms
Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks to maintain competitive advantage
Establish KPIs and metrics to measure campaign success and ROI
2. ORGANIC GROWTH MANAGEMENT
Drive organic social media growth across all platforms through strategic content creation
Specialize in LinkedIn organic growth strategies and B2B audience development
Implement proven tactics for authentic, sustainable follower and engagement growth
Develop and execute community management strategies
Foster meaningful engagement with target audiences
3. PLATFORM EXPERTISE & OPTIMIZATION
Leverage deep knowledge of Meta (Facebook, Instagram) algorithms to maximize reach and engagement
Optimize content strategy based on platform-specific algorithm updates and best practices
Implement advanced Google Social strategies for brand awareness and lead generation
Develop specialized LinkedIn strategies for B2B business development and thought leadership
Stay updated on platform changes and adapt strategies accordingly
4. E-COMMERCE & B2B GROWTH
Develop targeted social media strategies to drive e-commerce sales and conversions
Create B2B-focused content strategies that generate qualified leads
Design customer journey maps through social platforms for both B2B and e-commerce models
Implement retargeting and conversion optimization campaigns
5. MARKET & REGIONAL EXPERTISE
Analyze and understand European markets, particularly Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany
Adapt strategies for international audiences while maintaining local relevance
Research cultural nuances and consumer behaviors in target international markets
Identify region-specific opportunities and trends
6. CREATIVE CONTENT STRATEGY
Generate innovative, creative ideas for campaigns and content initiatives
Develop compelling visual and written content that resonates with target audiences
Apply advanced knowledge of color psychology and design principles in marketing
Create emotionally engaging narratives that drive brand connection
7. TEAM COLLABORATION & COORDINATION
Work seamlessly with design, copywriting, and development teams
Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution
Mentor junior team members and share expertise and best practices
Participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding campaign progress
8. ANALYTICS & REPORTING
Track and analyze social media performance metrics
Generate comprehensive reports with insights and recommendations
Identify areas for optimization and implement improvements
Present findings and strategies to management and clients

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in social media strategy and management
Demonstrated track record of driving organic social media growth
Proven expertise in B2B social media marketing
Extensive experience with LinkedIn organic growth strategies
Experience managing multiple social platforms simultaneously
E-commerce social media marketing background preferred
TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERTISE
Expert-level knowledge of Meta platform algorithms and features
Advanced understanding of LinkedIn algorithm and B2B strategies
Proficiency in Google Social strategies and tools
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media analytics tools
Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)
Understanding of consumer psychology and color psychology in marketing
Knowledge of international market dynamics, especially European markets
