As we continue expanding globally, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses exceptional communication skills, and has a proven ability to build long-term client relationships and consistently exceed revenue targets.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

* Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.

* Generate qualified leads through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.

* Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements to recommend suitable solutions.

* Present Axencia’s software development, AI, cybersecurity, digital marketing, and technology services to prospective clients.

* Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.

* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.

* Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

* Maintain accurate records of opportunities and sales activities through CRM systems.

* Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.

 

Requirements

 

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

* Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, IT sales, software solutions, digital marketing, or technology services.

* Strong understanding of software development, AI solutions, cybersecurity, and digital marketing services.

* Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers.

* Experience with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.

* Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

* Experience selling SaaS, AI solutions, cybersecurity products, or software development services.

* International sales experience with clients in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, or the Middle East.

* Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo, or similar sales tools.
