We are looking for a talented and motivated Creative Strategist to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and storyteller with a keen eye for brand values and positioning, who excels at planning and executing large-scale advertising campaigns. The position is based in Karachi, Pakistan, and requires full-time, in-person commitment as remote working options are not available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Advertising Campaigns Development:
• Develop and implement campaigns that align with our brand values and positioning.
• Craft compelling and persuasive content, including scripts and campaign narratives.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure cohesive and impactful storytelling across all channels.
• Oversee campaign execution from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance and refine strategies to optimize results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an advertising agency is essential and a must
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with a portfolio showcasing previous scripts and content.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning and the ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a talent for developing innovative advertising concepts.
