Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute growth-focused campaigns

- Support Meta Ads and Google Ads initiatives

- Generate and nurture qualified leads

- Coordinate campaign content and social media

- Monitor acquisition and conversion performance

- Analyze campaign results and identify optimization opportunities

- Coordinate with sales, e-commerce, creative, and external partners

- Prepare clear performance reports and recommendations
