About the Role

We are seeking a talented, results-driven, and analytical PPC & Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, along with a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, particularly coupon websites, discount platforms, and promotional partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft (Bing) Ads.
• Manage campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, and Display networks to drive traffic and conversions.
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze key metrics, and implement optimization strategies to achieve KPIs.
• Manage advertising budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign spending to maximize ROI and ensure cost efficiency.
• Lead and manage coupon-focused affiliate marketing campaigns, including partnerships with coupon websites, discount platforms, and promotional affiliates.
• Develop and execute promotional strategies to increase affiliate traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Collaborate with the affiliate marketing and wider marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest PPC trends, advertising platform updates, affiliate marketing strategies, and competitor activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in PPC advertising and affiliate marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, particularly Search, Shopping, and Display.
• Practical experience with Microsoft (Bing) Ads.
• Strong understanding of coupon-based affiliate marketing, discount websites, coupon partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and campaign tracking tools.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines effectively.
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
