Marketing Associate

SocialSharings is hiring a Marketing Associate (Meta & Community) for its sub-brand, Obsessed Pickleballers, a growing brand in the pickleball space. If you enjoy social media marketing, building relationships, managing online communities, and driving results through organic engagement, this role is for you.

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience with Facebook Groups, Pages, and Meta Business Suite

• Excellent English communication skills with an understanding of US audiences

• Strong community outreach and relationship-building skills

• Familiarity with Ads Manager, Events Manager, Meta Pixel, UTMs, GA4, and spreadsheets

• A proactive, organized individual with strong ownership and coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive camp registrations through organic Facebook marketing

• Build strategic relationships with Facebook Group admins across target market

• Drive daily community outreach, posting, and engagement activities

• Take ownership of daily community operations and team execution

• Manage Meta accounts and monitor performance across Meta and Google Analytics

• Run A/B tests, identify what works, and share weekly and monthly reports

• Ensure all marketing activities follow Meta policies and community guidelines
