Description:
Apna Kaam is looking for a motivated and result-driven City Manager to lead our operations and business growth in Sahiwal.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing city-level operations, onboarding new vendors, developing local business partnerships, and helping grow Apna Kaam’s presence across Sahiwal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations in Sahiwal
- Onboard restaurants, grocery stores, local shops, home kitchens and service providers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
- Increase active vendors and business activity on the platform
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities
- Support local marketing and promotional activities
- Resolve vendor and operational issues
- Monitor vendor performance and follow up with inactive businesses
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth city operations
- Achieve monthly vendor acquisition and growth targets
- Provide regular performance and market reports to management
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of Sahiwal and its local business market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in sales, business development, operations or field management preferred
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting business owners
- Target-oriented and able to work independently
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-management skills
- Basic understanding of mobile apps, WhatsApp, email and reporting tools
