City Manager

Description:

Apna Kaam is looking for a motivated and result-driven City Manager to lead our operations and business growth in Sahiwal.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing city-level operations, onboarding new vendors, developing local business partnerships, and helping grow Apna Kaam’s presence across Sahiwal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations in Sahiwal
• Onboard restaurants, grocery stores, local shops, home kitchens and service providers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Increase active vendors and business activity on the platform
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities
• Support local marketing and promotional activities
• Resolve vendor and operational issues
• Monitor vendor performance and follow up with inactive businesses
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth city operations
• Achieve monthly vendor acquisition and growth targets
• Provide regular performance and market reports to management

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of Sahiwal and its local business market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in sales, business development, operations or field management preferred
• Comfortable with field visits and meeting business owners
• Target-oriented and able to work independently
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-management skills
• Basic understanding of mobile apps, WhatsApp, email and reporting tools
