Business Development Specialist

We are looking for a Client Acquisition & Business Development Strategist to drive new business opportunities in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and creating strategies to expand our client base.

This is a high-impact role with direct influence on revenue and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in UAE across industries like ecommerce, retail, finance, education, and professional services.
• Develop and execute client acquisition strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and industry demands.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers (HR heads, founders, managers).
• Personally manage client calls, pitches, and deal closures during the initial phase.
• Collaborate with the internal team to create tailored solutions for clients.
• Track leads, sales activities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
• Prepare reports and insights for leadership to guide strategic decisions.
• Explore new opportunities for revenue growth, including RPO, employer branding, and advisory services.
• Grow and manage a sales team as business expands, including training, mentoring, and performance tracking.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or recruitment industry.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, LinkedIn campaigns, and networking.
