Business Development Specialist

Medexa RCM — a trusted Medical Billing and Credentialing company serving healthcare providers across the U.S. — is looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team on a commission-only basis.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and connect with healthcare providers, clinics, and practices across the U.S.
• Present and promote medical billing, credentialing, and RCM solutions to potential clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and progress in CRM tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferably in Medical Billing or Healthcare Services).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of U.S. healthcare systems is a plus.
• Must be available to work during U.S. business hours (Night Shift in Pakistan).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in closing deals.
