What You’ll Do:
- Identify and engage qualified leads (not just click and send)
- Strategize, personalize, and convert — not spray and pray
- Pitch real solutions to real problems — not off-the-shelf products
- Own your pipeline from discovery call to deal closed
You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:
- 2–3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- A track record selling custom software development services
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, Zoom-worthy)
- Confidence with outbound tools (LinkedIn, Apollo, CRM, etc.)
- Zero interest in freelancing platforms — we’re not bidding; we’re building relationships
