Description:
We are currently seeking proactive and results-driven Business Development Officers from Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad to join our team. The BDO will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the institute's growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape throughout the corporate and public sector.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the institute's reach.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting the company’s services.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals to potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align business development strategies with the company’s offerings.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or any related field or 12-year education with extensive relevant experience are encouraged to apply to be considered.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the corporate services sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products will be appreciated.
