Job Description:

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

· Address client concerns, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

· Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

· Develop and implement corrective actions to optimize sales effectiveness.

· Develop accurate sales forecasts based on market analysis, historical data, and sales team input.

· Work with leadership to set realistic and achievable sales targets.

Job Specification:

· Minimum 1 To 2 years’ Experience for ASM and 3 To 4 years’ Experience for SM (Solar experience is a plus)

· Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
