Business Development Executive

 

Description:

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition through Upwork bidding and LinkedIn outreach. You will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and helping scale our international client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively bid on Upwork to acquire qualified leads and close projects.
  • Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach strategies to generate B2B leads.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the design and tech teams to create tailored proposals and pitch decks.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and client needs to position Colour Club Studio as a strategic partner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Upwork bidding with a track record of winning quality projects.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of digital services (UI/UX, web, branding, marketing).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be available to work on-site in Faisalabad.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
