Paklogics is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with basic to intermediate experience in RFPs and tendering processes. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in IT sales, proposal writing, and government/corporate bidding.
πŸ‘‰ Key Responsibilities:
Assist in identifying and responding to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders (government & private sector).
Support in preparing proposals, documentation, and basic cost estimations.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical inputs for submissions.
Maintain and update sales pipeline and opportunity tracking.
Conduct lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably IT services).
Basic understanding of RFPs, proposals, or tendering processes.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Willingness to learn proposal writing and client handling.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
