Business Development Manager

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Islamabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, preparing business proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role requires the manager to work closely with the engineering and construction teams to ensure client requirements are met, as well as to oversee market research and analyze industry trends to develop strategic plans. The manager will also be responsible for representing the company at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, client relationship management, and contract negotiation
• Strong market research and strategic planning skills
• Familiarity with engineering and construction industry practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and meeting targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Must be willing to work on-site in Islamabad
• Experience working in the construction industry is a plus
