IR Solutions, a forward-thinking IT and software development company, is offering an excellent opportunity for motivated and career-oriented individuals to join as Business Development Interns. This internship is designed to provide a solid foundation in business development within the technology sector and can lead to a permanent role based on performance.
As a Business Development Intern, you will support the business team in various functions including bidding on freelance platforms like Upwork and Freelancer, email marketing, and lead generation. You'll also engage in outreach via platforms such as Crunchbase, LinkedIn, and Instantly.ai to identify potential clients and partnerships.
Your role will include assisting in preparing and maintaining proposals, CRM entries, and handling client communication. You will work directly under the supervision of the Business Development Manager, reporting progress and contributing to real-time project development efforts.
Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or any related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn are essential. Familiarity with freelancing platforms, Excel, Google Sheets, and LinkedIn tools is a bonus. This internship is ideal for team players with a growth mindset, aiming to build a career in tech-based business development.
This is an on-site role based in Islamabad, with working hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday), providing an immersive experience in a professional tech environment
