Business Development Executive

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Business Development Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a keen interest in the real estate industry. Candidates with prior experience in real estate sales will be preferred, but fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and lead generation
• Present, promote, and sell properties to prospective clients
• Provide clients with detailed property information and support throughout the sales process
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (in any discipline)
• Prior experience in real estate sales is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
