Responsibilities

• Reviewing the company's customer list.
• Visit customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
• Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
• Negotiating suitable payment plans.
• Maintaining customer payment records.
• Responding to customer queries and highlight in accounts department
• Bills closing with accounts department

• Matric/ F.A

Experience

• Fresh/ 1 year Recovery Experienced (Valid Reference is required)
