General Manager

The General Manager is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Islamabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving business performance across the company. This role includes managing sales and marketing activities, supervising property acquisition and portfolio management, and ensuring all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements. The General Manager leads and develops cross-functional teams, sets performance targets, and monitors key metrics to maintain service quality and client satisfaction. They coordinate with consultants and management on strategic planning, budgeting, and process improvements, while representing the company in high-value negotiations and stakeholder meetings. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners, and promoting the company’s values of transparency, integrity, and trust in every engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising diverse teams and fostering a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
• Proficiency in business operations and strategic planning, including budgeting, resource allocation, and process optimization.
• Solid background in sales and marketing within real estate or a related sector, with the ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Knowledge of real estate markets and investment principles, including property valuation, risk assessment, and portfolio management.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks relevant to real estate transactions, contracts, and compliance in Pakistan.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort in using data and KPIs to guide decisions and measure performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a senior management or general management role, preferably in real estate, property development, or investment services.
• High level of integrity, client-centric mindset, and alignment with the company’s values of transparency, professionalism, and ethical practice.
