Workday Implementation Consultant

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Workday consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing and configuring Workday solutions and a deep understanding of HR, finance, and payroll processes. As a Workday consultant, you will collaborate closely with clients to analyze their business processes and requirements, configure the Workday system to meet those requirements, and provide ongoing support and optimization

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements
• Configure Workday modules such as HR, finance, payroll, talent management, and reporting
• Lead workshops and training sessions for client stakeholders
• Design and implement integrations between Workday and other systems
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday issues
• Stay up-to-date on Workday releases and new features
• Assist with data migration and testing activities
• Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery
