BluSky Tours & Travels is looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our growing team.
We are looking for an all-round travel professional who understands how a travel agency operates and has hands-on experience across multiple travel services rather than expertise in only one area.
Key Responsibilities
- Domestic & international airline ticketing and reservations
- Umrah packages and related travel arrangements
- Domestic tours and customized holiday packages
- International holiday packages
- Hotel bookings, transfers and travel itineraries
- Visa processing and documentation
- Dealing with airlines, hotels, DMCs and other travel suppliers
- Preparing quotations and customized travel solutions
- Handling customer inquiries from initial consultation through booking and after-sales support
- Assisting in developing competitive packages, rates and travel products
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience working with a travel agency / tour operator
- Good overall knowledge of ticketing, Umrah, visas, tours and holiday packages
- Understanding of GDS/ticketing systems will be highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, hotels and suppliers
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to independently manage customer requirements and bookings
- Commercial understanding of package costing, pricing and margins
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
