Dreamworld Resort, a premier leisure destination in Karachi, is actively hiring Waiters to join its dynamic hospitality team. We’re seeking passionate, well-groomed individuals who thrive in customer-focused environments and are capable of delivering outstanding guest service during morning, evening, or night shifts.

As a Waiter, you will play a critical role in delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests. From greeting and taking orders to ensuring cleanliness and satisfaction — your service will directly impact customer retention and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.

• Serve meals efficiently while maintaining professional and courteous interactions.

• Ensure tables are clean, set up properly, and reset quickly after guests leave.

• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with promptness and professionalism.

• Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to maintain smooth service operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience as a waiter or service staff in a hotel, resort, or restaurant (preferred but not mandatory).

• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

• A courteous, friendly, and cooperative attitude under pressure.

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced hospitality environment.

• Physical stamina to stand for extended hours and manage long shifts.

Shift Timings:

• Morning, Evening, and Night shifts available (based on availability and preference).

Preferred Residential Areas:

• Priority will be given to candidates residing near Scheme 33, Gulzar-e-Hijri, Gulshan-e-Maymar, and other nearby locations for ease of commute.
