Description:

Broadway Pizza, one of Pakistan’s most iconic and rapidly growing pizza brands, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join its administration department in Karachi. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operational support across branches, maintain compliance with regulatory bodies, and coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations including maintenance follow-ups and vendor coordination.

  • Maintain effective communication and coordination with local government bodies such as KMC, DMC, and Sindh Food Authority.

  • Handle insurance-related tasks including claims processing, policy renewals, and documentation.

  • Support compliance processes with social security organizations like EOBI and SASSI.

  • Ensure accurate record-keeping, documentation, and internal administrative reporting.

  • Collaborate with HR and finance departments for smooth cross-functional operations.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • Prior experience in administrative operations within a corporate or hospitality setting.

  • Knowledge of insurance handling, government compliance, and documentation is essential.

  • Familiarity with EOBI & SASSI processes is a strong advantage.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
