🚨 WE ARE HIRING | FOOD TECHNOLOGIST – R&D & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

Ideal Food Industries is looking for a passionate and hands-on Food Technologist / Product Developer to join our team.

🔬 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and improve snacks, corn puffs, chips, namkeen & confectionery products
• Develop new recipes, flavours and seasoning systems
• Conduct laboratory, pilot and production-scale R&D trials
• Evaluate raw materials, spices, flavours and food ingredients
• Optimize taste, texture, moisture, expansion, frying/baking and overall product quality
• Conduct sensory evaluation and product benchmarking
• Troubleshoot product and process-related issues
• Scale up successful formulations from R&D to commercial production
• Prepare formulations, specifications, SOPs and R&D reports
• Work closely with Production, Quality Control and Procurement teams
• Conduct shelf-life and stability studies
• Monitor product costing and yield

🎓 Qualification:
BSc/MSc in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering or a related field.

💼 Experience:
1–3 years of relevant experience in Food R&D/Product Development is preferred, particularly in snacks, confectionery or FMCG.
