Description:
We're looking for someone who can quickly understand our workflow and begin contributing after a brief onboarding session. This role is best suited for candidates with prior experience in real estate, property sourcing, or investment research who are comfortable working independently and maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Research residential properties listed on UK property portals.
- Conduct property due diligence using publicly available information.
- Analyse sold and rental comparables to evaluate market value and rental potential.
- Review property information, including EPC ratings, planning history, council tax, flood risk, and other relevant data.
- Contact UK estate agents to verify property details and gather additional information.
- Record accurate call notes and maintain up-to-date property records.
- Prepare concise property summaries highlighting key findings, potential risks, and outstanding information.
- Source suitable investment opportunities that meet the client's acquisition criteria.
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Requirements
We're looking for candidates who have:
- Previous experience in real estate, property sourcing, property research, or investment analysis.
- Strong understanding of property due diligence and investment research.
- Experience researching comparable sales and rental properties.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Confidence communicating professionally with UK estate agents over the phone.
- Strong analytical, research, and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Availability during UK business hours.
